No raw IP address, ever. Fraud signals run on salted hashes, and a store order's buyer IP is replaced with its hash before anything is stored. A browser sending Global Privacy Control gets nothing written, not even a cookie.

No. An automation can send an email, add a tag, add to a campaign, move a partner along the lifecycle, promote to a tier, or raise something for you to decide. It cannot touch money. Ever.

A reversal is written beside the original entry, taking back the refund's share. The original stays. History is never edited.

Nobody. Payout details are encrypted at rest and never shown on any screen, including to the partner who typed them. They leave Refficks only in the file you pay from, or to PayPal when you send through it, and each time it is recorded.

No, provably: a test asserts that payout details are absent from what the model is given, and no connected app can hand them over, nor a phone number, nor a customer's name or email.

No, structurally. The in-app assistant has no tools and no write path. An outside AI app you connect can read what your role may read and save drafts for a person to send. Nothing it can call approves, reverses or pays a commission, changes who a sale is credited to, suspends a partner, or sends anything.

Paid history comes across as the old platform's reported figure, labelled as theirs, and never becomes payable here. What is still owed can come across as an opening balance, pending until you approve it. For each of the old platform's statuses, you say what it means.

No. Re-importing never duplicates anyone. A partner already here is left alone, or has only their empty fields filled in, unless you ask otherwise. One bad row never loses the file.

Exactly one system pays. While the old platform still pays, Refficks records what it would have paid and pays none of it. At cutover, a sale belongs to whichever side of that moment its money changed hands on.
