Who needs your attention today, why, and what to do about it
Every partner is scored overnight. Every morning the Needs you list ranks what it costs you to ignore, with the evidence on every line, and leaves the decision to you.

The list that replaces the dashboard
A dashboard tells you what happened. The Needs you list tells you which partner to act on this morning, what it saw, and what it suggests.
Four kinds of recommendation, each with its evidence
Activate this partner, contact that one, consider a raise for this one, review that one. Every card carries the figures it was built from, so you can check the reasoning before you act.
- Ranked by priority, with structured evidence on every card
- Beside it: Opportunities, Reviews, Quality vs risk, Risks and Results
- “Not now” holds for 30 days. Still true after that, it comes back

A raise is confirmed on the exact number
A recommendation about money never acts on its own. You see the rate it proposes, what it costs at the partner's current run rate, and you confirm the number or press Not now.
- Raise a rate or move a tier only after a person confirms the figures
- The cost at the current run rate is shown before you say yes
- No recommendation can put a partner above 50% or propose a bonus above $1,000, and the cap holds where money is written

Seven questions, answered every night
Performance, potential, momentum, engagement, relationship health, economic efficiency and risk. Each score shows its factors, and each factor shows a sentence of evidence.
- Performance is a rank in your programme, a percentile, not a grade
- Potential is deliberately not a function of current revenue
- Every factor shows its weight, value, points and evidence
- One overall number exists only to put a list in order

Stages are earned, not assigned
A click onboards a partner. A sale activates them. Silence makes them dormant. Nobody has to move a card, and the nightly pass never decides who gets in.
- The nightly pass never puts anyone into applicant or rejected
- No automation may reject anyone: who gets in is your call
- A partner good at a job you have not offered them is pointed out

Where partners stall, by name
Signed up but never clicked. Clicked but never sold. The funnel names who is stuck at each step and how long the middle partner took to move on.
- Every partner who is not archived, wherever they are in the journey
- The median days between stages, never the mean
- The one who never started gets the one nudge Autopilot may send alone

Review recommended. Never “fraud”.
A risk finding says what it saw, what that usually means, and what to ask. It holds nobody's money and has no apply button, by design.
- A finding carries its evidence and the ordinary explanation first
- There is no apply button on a risk finding
- A review is a look. The decision stays with you

“Nothing here withholds anybody's money. A review is a look, and the decision stays with you.”
Autopilot, and its limits
What it may do on its own is short enough to read in one breath.
Prepare, and ask me
The default. Every recommendation is drafted with its evidence and waits for you. Autopilot can be switched off altogether.
One thing it may do alone
Set to run on its own, it may only send the activation nudge to a partner who never placed their link. Nothing else.
Within limits you can read
25 actions a day, 2 emails per partner a week, a 14-day cooldown, and quiet hours in the partner's own time.
No fully autonomous mode
There is a pause switch, and there is no setting that lets it approve, pay, reverse or suspend. Those are yours.
What happened after you acted
The Results tab watches each partner for 30 days after you act on a recommendation and records what followed. It is honest about what that proves.
“Things that happened after. Never proof that acting caused them.”
No machine learning. Every recommendation shows reasoning you can disagree with.
The rules are deterministic. A merchant can read every reason, say it is wrong, and the product records the answer.

Every morning: the partners who need you, the evidence, and the decision left to you.
