Does a BigCommerce coupon credit an affiliate without a click?
Yes. Refficks credits a BigCommerce order to the partner whose code is on it once its payment is confirmed, even if the buyer never clicked a link. Every partner's code is put into the store as a promotion from Refficks, and a refund, a cancellation or a dispute after payment takes the commission back by itself.

Precisely: Refficks holds only the store's access token, encrypted under a key used only for integrations. It never changes an order, a customer or a price.
What Refficks does not do on BigCommerce
What the BigCommerce connection leaves out, so nobody reads more into it.
- The Refficks app is not in BigCommerce's marketplace. It installs from the BigCommerce page in Refficks.
- A “Buy now” order never goes through the cart, so it is credited only through a code.
- A gift certificate earns when it is spent, not when it is bought.
How do I connect BigCommerce to Refficks?
- In Refficks, go to Integrations and press Connect BigCommerce, then Connect a store. BigCommerce's install page opens.
- Approve the permissions. BigCommerce opens the Refficks app in your control panel.
- Press I already use Refficks, sign in, check the workspace name, and confirm.
- From a program's page, sync codes to put every partner's code into the store as a promotion.
Once a store is linked, its card under Integrations in Refficks says what has arrived from it and what, if anything, still needs doing.

Is Refficks in the BigCommerce marketplace?
No. The Refficks app is not in BigCommerce's marketplace. You install it from the BigCommerce page in Refficks, which opens BigCommerce's own install page.
Does a BigCommerce refund take the affiliate's commission back?
Yes, by itself: the refund's share. A cancellation, decline or dispute after the order counted takes back what is left. If the partner was already paid, it comes off what they earn next.
Why was a BigCommerce order credited only through a code?
A “Buy now” order skips the cart, where the link is remembered, so only a partner's code can credit it.
Can I pay partners in BigCommerce store credit?
Yes. A store-credit payout, or an ambassador's reward, can be sent as a BigCommerce gift certificate.
