Affiliate, referral, creator (influencer), ambassador and B2B programs in one tool
Refficks runs all five program types in one account, each with the tools its partners need. Every sale they bring is tracked, credited and paid the same way, with the reasoning kept.
Can one tool run affiliate, referral and influencer programs?
Yes. Refficks runs affiliate, referral, creator (influencer), ambassador and agency or B2B programs in one account, all on by default, and you switch off the ones you don't run. Every partner, whatever the program, shares the same tracking, the same commission ledger and the same payouts, and sees their own work in one portal.
| Program | Who the partners are | What Refficks gives them | How they are rewarded |
|---|---|---|---|
| Affiliate | Publishers, bloggers, newsletters and review sites | Links, codes and a portal | Commission on each sale, once or recurring |
| Referral | Your own customers | A refer-a-friend panel on your site | Cash, account credit, commission, a discount or a free period, for the referrer, the friend or both |
| Creator (influencer) | Creators and influencers you book | Collaborations with briefs, deliverables, content review and usage-rights windows | Fees, gifts and bonuses, beside commission |
| Ambassador | Fans and advocates | Missions with a review queue, tiers, a leaderboard, a content library and training | Points, rewards and redemptions, store credit included |
| Agency and B2B | Agencies, resellers and referral partners | Leads, deal registration with protection windows, a pipeline and tiers | A share of revenue once money arrives, never of a deal's value |
Precisely: a reseller is not a separate module: it is a B2B partner on a revenue share.
What each program type does
Affiliate programs
A partner gets a link and a code. A sale is credited by last touch by default, or first touch if you choose, and every decision is stored with its reasoning. Commission plans pay once, for a set number of months, or for as long as the customer pays. How tracking works.
Referral programs
A refer-a-friend panel on your site. Rewards go to the referrer, the friend or both, on sign-up, trial, subscription, a paid invoice or an order, with milestones from 1 to 50 referrals, and new customers only by default. How referral programs work.
Creator (influencer) programs
Collaborations with a brief, deliverables, content review with revision requests, usage-rights windows with expiry warnings, gifts, fees and bonuses, each counted in the collaboration's own currency, and a report per creator.
Ambassador programs
Missions ambassadors complete and you review, a points ledger, rewards and redemptions, store credit included, tiers, a leaderboard, a content library and training.
Agency and B2B programs
Partners submit leads and register deals, protected for a window you set. The pipeline keeps the partner who sourced a deal apart from those who influenced it, and revenue counts only when money arrives.
Questions about program types
What is the difference between an affiliate and a referral program?
Affiliates are people who promote you for commission: publishers, bloggers, creators. Referral partners are your own customers, rewarded for bringing a friend, often with credit or a discount for both. Refficks runs both, in one account.
Is an influencer program different from an affiliate program in Refficks?
A creator (influencer) program adds the work around a collaboration: a brief, deliverables, content review, usage rights, gifts and fees. Sales a creator brings are tracked and credited like any affiliate's.
Can I pay an influencer a flat fee and a commission?
Yes. A collaboration can carry a fee, gifts and bonuses, and the creator can also earn commission on the sales they bring.
Does a B2B partner earn on a deal's value?
No. A deal's value is pipeline, not revenue. A B2B partner's share counts only when the customer's money arrives.
