Tapfiliate caps its first plan at 50 affiliates. Refficks is $79, with no limits.
Both credit affiliates on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Stripe. Refficks costs $79 a month with no cap on partners, programs, clicks or conversions, adds nothing to a payout, never edits a commission after the fact, and each morning ranks the partners who need you.

How to switch from Tapfiliate without paying affiliates twice
Connect Tapfiliate with its key, and Refficks reads your program and shows every line before importing anything. What you already paid stays labeled as Tapfiliate's figure; what you still owe can become an opening balance you approve. While Tapfiliate keeps paying, Refficks records what it would have paid and pays none of it. At one cutover moment, each sale belongs to whichever side its money changed hands on, so exactly one system pays.
Can Refficks import my Tapfiliate affiliates?
Yes. With your Tapfiliate key, Refficks reads your partners, their coupon codes, what was paid and what is still owed, and shows it to you before anything is imported. The key is deleted at the switch, or after 60 days.
Will my affiliates be paid twice?
No. Paid history comes across as Tapfiliate's figure, labeled as theirs, and never becomes payable in Refficks. After the cutover moment, each sale belongs to whichever side of it the money changed hands on, so exactly one system pays.
Do my affiliates' coupon codes come across?
Yes, as they are. A code somebody in Refficks already holds waits for you to give it a new one or leave it out.
Do the links my affiliates already shared keep working?
Yes, with the Refficks script on your site. Each code becomes its partner’s link in Refficks, and Refficks reads ?ref= on your site beside its own parameter. A code somebody in Refficks already holds can only be left out, and Refficks says who a visit through that old link would credit.
Can I try Refficks before I switch?
Yes. The first 30 days are free with no card. Start the migration on day one: reading your account changes nothing, and the shadow run compares what Refficks would have paid with what Tapfiliate paid, partner by partner, every morning.
Refficks and Tapfiliate, side by side
Where the two differ, as Tapfiliate’s own pages describe it and as Refficks works today.
| Topic | Refficks | Tapfiliate |
|---|---|---|
| What you pay | $79 a month, everything included, with no limits on partners or programs. The Alpha price, offered for a limited time instead of the full $349, kept for as long as you stay subscribed. | $89 a month for 1 program, 50 affiliates, 5,000 clicks and 500 conversions a month, with fees for clicks and conversions over those. Unlimited affiliates and programs start on Scale, at $179 a month.1 |
| Paying partners | Pay from a PayPal, Wise or general file, or send PayPal payouts from your own PayPal balance. Refficks adds no fee, and nothing is sent until someone on your team presses. | Payouts are a CSV file you settle in Tapfiliate and pay through your own provider. Automated payouts run through Trolley, a third party, from Scale and after the first payment, on Trolley's own plan from $49 a month.2, 3 |
| Refunds | A refund your platform reports, full or partial, takes back its share as a new line beside the commission, before or after the partner was paid. After a payout, it comes off what they earn next. | Taken care of by themselves through its Stripe, WooCommerce, Shopify app and Wix integrations. Through the tracking script or the code-based Shopify pixel, Tapfiliate is not told about refunds or cancellations.4 |
| Partner codes | Partners' codes are made as real discounts in Stripe, Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce from Refficks, and a code credits the sale with no click. | Codes are first created in your store and then assigned in Tapfiliate, one code per affiliate in each program.5 |
| Corrections | A correction is a new line beside the original, recording who made it and when; nothing is edited. Before you change a rule, you see what it would have done to up to 1,000 past sales, and nothing is written. | The amount of an approved commission can be edited by hand, and each change is kept in a change log.4 |
| Every morning | Every morning, a list of the partners who need you: who to activate, contact, pay more or review, ranked by what it costs you to ignore, with the evidence on each. | An AI analyst, in beta, answers questions about your affiliates through an AI app connected to Tapfiliate, when you ask.6 |
