What affiliate software costs at $5k, $15k and $50k of monthly affiliate revenue
Fourteen affiliate tools, priced from their own pricing pages at three sizes of program, with the plan each needs and every fee on top. Some cost less than Refficks, and this says which.
The short answer
At $5,000 a month of revenue from affiliates, the tools that publish their prices cost between $49 and $399 a month with automated payouts. At $50,000, between $49 and $1,205. The bill depends on three things: whether the price steps up with what affiliates earn, whether a percentage is taken from sales or payouts, and whether the integration you need sits on a higher plan. Refficks is $79 a month at every level, with no fee on sales or payouts.
What we assumed
- Affiliates bring in $5,000, $15,000 or $50,000 of revenue a month.
- They earn 20% commission, so $1,000, $3,000 or $10,000 is paid out a month.
- One program, 50 active affiliates, monthly billing.
- Automated payouts where the tool offers them, because that is where most payout fees sit. The figure without them is in brackets where it differs.
- Fees the payment providers themselves charge (PayPal, Wise, Trolley, Stripe), and anything the affiliate pays to withdraw, are left out for every tool.

What drives the bill
A price that steps up with affiliate revenue
Rewardful, FirstPromoter, Tolt and Reditus put you on a plan by how much your affiliates bring in, so the bill grows as the program works. Rewardful moves you to the next tier in the next billing cycle once you pass the limit. Reditus has no monthly billing above $60,000 a year of revenue.
A share of every sale
Refersion takes 3% of affiliate sales on its entry plan and 2% on Growth, Social Snowball 3% on Snow Day, UpPromote 1% to 2%, and ReferralCandy 0.25% to 10.5% of new customers' first three orders. At $50,000 a month, a 2% share is $1,000 on top of the plan.
A fee on payouts
Rewardful's Managed Payouts add 3% of what you pay affiliates, Tolt's auto payouts 2% plus $8 to pay its invoice by bank, and Reditus 2% by invoice or 5% by card. Refersion caps its funding fee at $6 a month.
A price set by affiliates or traffic
LeadDyno's $49 plan holds 50 active affiliates, Tapfiliate's cheapest holds 50 affiliates and 500 conversions a month, and Post Affiliate Pro's $89 plan 10,000 tracked clicks and events. Those stay flat as revenue grows, until the program outgrows the cap.
Where Refficks is not the cheapest
GoAffPro is free without scheduled payouts and $49 with them. LeadDyno is $49 for up to 50 active affiliates. FirstPromoter is $49 at $5,000 a month if you pay affiliates yourself. Refficks is $79 for everything, with no limit on partners, programs or revenue, and no fee on payouts. The difference is what the price includes, and what it does as your program grows.
